All the institutions that focus on the safety of the tourist season have joined together in an inter-institutional task force to guarantee a peaceful summer season.
The Minister of Health Ogerta Manastirliu, from Vlora, where she was for the inspection together with the Minister of Environment and Tourism, Mirela Kumbaro, said that they are on standby, while warning that there will be no tolerance for those who violate the hygiene and sanitary conditions.
“There are more than 950 subjects inspected, only for June there are 350 subjects and not only on the coast, because this is a routine job, but on the other hand, in terms of the measures we are taking for the tourist season, this is a situation of preparedness. During this period, there are about 20 measures, because we must be determined not to have any tolerance, as far as violations related to hygiene and sanitary measures are concerned,” said Manastirliu.
The Minister of Environment and Tourism Mirela Kumbaro has appreciated the work of the task force and requested the cooperation of businesses at this point of the tourist season.
All health facilities in the tourist areas are also on standby. 30 summer health centers are reinforced with health personnel, with staff who are continuously trained to manage emergency cases, as well as reinforcement of equipment with drugs and medical materials.
The National Emergency is also fully prepared to respond to all urgent calls for the smooth running of the tourist season.
