Tourism in Rehovë of Kolonjë is very different from other provinces. Staying with the family members of the houses turned into guesthouses seems to be liked by foreign tourists, who are more and more numerous in this stone village every day.

This weekend there was a group who share their impressions from staying in one of the village houses.

“We have been living as colonists in Rehovë for several days, today is the fourth day. We have come here for years and we like it, especially the peace we find, the view of Gramozi, the organic food and the cooking, where we also help the woman of the house here” – said one of the tourists.

“It’s probably one of the most beautiful places in the world in my opinion. You can find everything here, but I want to single out the history that Rehovë has and the very cheap prices. Anyone can come here and rest”

“It is the third time I come to Albania and I always come and stay more days in Rehovë. The reason is simple. You really relax here. Here you can go hiking, you can see the different churches, you can visit the museum in the city, you can learn a little to become an Albanian” – said another tourist.

In recent years, Cologne has become an important destination for Southeast tourism, for the cultural heritage it offers, the curated nature, food and even adventure sports.
