Prime Minister Edi Rama is in Vilnius, Lithuania, where the NATO Summit is held, where he held a conversation with the expert of the European center of the Atlantic Council, Rachel Rizzo, on “Systemic challenges to common values and interests.”
Rama spoke about the situation in Kosovo, stressing that what is happening in the north is very dangerous and could lead to the spread of the conflict in the region.
According to him, while the EU maintains the dialogue with Pristina and Belgrade, extreme groups have formed in the north of Kosovo that represent danger.
“And what is happening, something that is really very dangerous with the north of Kosovo, to become a hotbed with a threat of opening the conflict and as the facilitation of the EU dialogue works with both sides, with Belgrade and Pristina , there is a third party that is rising, the extreme groups in the north of Kosovo”, said Rama.
