The Ethics Commission in the Democratic Party, headed by Flutura Açka, has annulled the decision of the General Secretary of this political force, Gazment Bardhi, to call the National Council online.

In the decision provided by Euronews Albania, it is said that the calling of the National Council by Gazment Bardhi after the request of several deputies is an absolutely invalid act and contrary to the Statute of the Democratic Party.

It is further stated that the General Secretary does not have the right to determine an agenda, in the case of calling a meeting of the National Council.
