Apolonia Park is one of the most visited archaeological sites during the summer. Every day it is visited by about 300 tourists.

Cultural tourism is attracting more and more tourists every year. In the archaeological park of Apollonia, foreigners start their tour in the early hours of the morning, to avoid the high temperatures of lunch.

“Apolonia is a very good place to visit. We saw the museum and now we are seeing the outside, you have a very unique story. We schedule these trips early in the morning when you can move. In the afternoon, more people go to the beach.”

Foreigners and Albanians are familiar with the ancient history of the ancient city.

“The trip was wonderful, it was an incredible discovery. In fact, the climatic situation conditions us. Today it is 12:35, but we are here. Walks of this nature would be better done early in the morning or in the afternoon. But beautiful things are also enjoyed with a little effort.

“It is the first day in Albania. It’s also my first time here. It’s a bit hot for me as I come from Belgium where it always rains. I appreciate the organization. The place is very interesting. There are many things to see in Albania. We also have very good guiders, they help us a lot.

“Surprised by the treasures that the archaeological park hides but also by the beauties of nature, tourists find their own way to enjoy nature and get the best”

In Apolonia, there are more than 200-300 tourists per day who come to see up close the beauties that this park offers. Poles lead the way in terms of tourists, followed by Czechs and Spaniards, followed by Italians and French tourists.
