The yacht “Koru” of the founder of “Amazon”, Jeff Bezos, has arrived this Friday morning in the Port of Durrës.

The ship, which is worth 500 million dollars, is anchored at quay no. 5 of the port, where it will stay for about 5 hours.

Sources indicate that the reason for the arrival of Bezos’ superyacht in Albania is the supply of 170,000 liters of diesel.

What makes the luxury yacht of the American billionaire stand out is the wooden sculpture of his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez, located at the front of the vessel.

The yacht, which is the largest sailing yacht in the world, features three tall masts and several decks, including one with a swimming pool, according to Boat International.

The koru is one of the most important symbols of Māori traditions and symbolizes new beginnings. Bezos named the ship with such a name because of the new phase of his life, positive changes, personal growth and hope for the future.
