President of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, met today with the charge d’affaires of the US Embassy, ​​David Wisner, on the occasion of the start of his duties in Albania.

Assembly President Nikola pointed out that the USA is a strategic partner and a great friend of Albania and Albanians.

Nikolla and the Charge d’Affaires David Wisner talked about the priorities of the new parliamentary session and cooperation for the consolidation of democracy, the deepening and advancement of reforms and were of the same opinion that improved governance and the advancement of justice reform are essential for the integration and Albania’s contribution to the Euro-Atlantic community.
