The unveiling of a statue honoring Mother Teresa, the Albanian woman revered with the Nobel Peace Prize, has taken place at the “Notre Dame de Laeken” Church in Brussels.

Kosovo’s Ambassador to Brussels Agron Bajrami shared this news and emphasized that the statue’s inauguration serves as a poignant reminder of the enduring message of peace that Mother Teresa embodied throughout her lifetime.

“A celebration of peace and love among people, in a world filled with compassion, featuring Mother Teresa as its enduring symbol, unfolded during a special Mass held at the Notre Dame de Laeken Church in Brussels. The unveiling of this statue, dedicated to the Albanian saint and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, beautifully underscores the profound message of peace that Mother Teresa carried with her throughout her life and beyond,” expressed Bajrami.
