In addition to the foreign ministers of the countries of the Western Balkans, such as Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina, the ministers of the member states involved in the process, such as Austria, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Slovenia and the United Kingdom, will also be part of the meeting.

The meeting will culminate with a joint press conference between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania Igli Hasani, who will also lead the work of this meeting, the Foreign Minister of Germany Annalena Baerbock and the EU Commissioner for Enlargement, Olivér Várhelyi.

What is expected with interest from this meeting will be the discussions on the issue of Kosovo and Serbia, as long as the Foreign Ministers of the two countries, Donika Gërvalla and Ivica Dacic, will be present.

According to the information, the Foreign Minister of Germany, Annalena Baerbock, will have separate meetings with the two ministers, of Kosovo and Serbia, while there is still a question whether Baerbock will manage to hold a joint meeting between them.

Albania will become for the first time the host country of the Berlin Process, which will be held in Tirana on October 16.
