Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabić expresses her conviction that the countries of the European Union will not impose sanctions on Serbia for the attack that was carried out in the North of Kosovo on September 24.

In a communication with the media in Belgrade, Brnabić declared that in the meeting held in Spain between the leaders of the European Union, the Serbian president has managed to protect the country’s interests.

Brnabić said that Vučić managed the interests of the country and managed to prevent the issue of sanctions from being part of the decision-making process of the leaders of the European Union. She says that it is the merit of President Vučić’s diplomacy that there will be no punitive measures against Serbia.

Regarding the attack on the Kosovo police on September 24, where a Kosovo police officer lost his life and 4 Serb aggressors were killed, the Serbian prime minister has another version of the event. According to her, the incident was accompanied by false information in the international media.
