Between Aleksandar Vučić and Milan Radoičić, who led the armed attack in the north of Kosovo, according to Prime Minister Albin Kurti, there is a deal similar to what Pablo Escobar made with the President of Colombia.

This is the explanation given by Prime Minister Albin Kurti to the arrest and subsequent release of Milan Radoičić by the Serbian authorities for the incident in Banjska, during an interview given to a Montenegrin media.

“The arrest and release of Radoičić is reminiscent of Pablo Escobar’s agreement with the Colombian president. Escobar, in fact, would agree to go to prison on the condition that he be placed in his own, independently built prison, in which he would control the commanders and not the other way around. Allegedly, he would serve his sentence there,” said Kurti.

Kurti continues the parallelisms even further, with the relationship between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the leader of the Wagner group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, whose imitation has often been described as the group led by Milan Radoičić.

“The relationship between Vučić and Radoičić is not original. We’ve seen it many times before. Little Putin in Belgrade should have his little Prigozhin in Kopaonik. Or, if we go back a little further into the past, a parallel emerges, the new Sloba in Belgrade has his new Arkan in Kosovo,” declared the Prime Minister of Kosovo.

Kurti said that the goal of this armed group, financed and supported by Belgrade, was the annexation of the north of Kosovo, while he repeated the request to the international community to sanction Serbia as the aggressor of this attack.
