On October 16, Tirana will host the next Summit of the Berlin Process.
Six days ahead of this important meeting, Euronews Albania has unveiled the full agenda.
At 11:00, Prime Minister Edi Rama will welcome all leaders one by one in front of the Pyramid of Tirana.
Thirty minutes later, the summit will be officially opened, with the opening remarks delivered by the Albanian Prime Minister, followed by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, and President of the European Council Charles Michel.
At noon, the first session will begin, focusing on regional market integration, followed by the second session discussing support for the green and digital transition in the Western Balkans.
During the Tirana summit, a regional agreement related to the mutual recognition of professional qualifications will also be signed.
At 17:45, a joint press conference will be held with Prime Minister Rama, Chancellor Scholz, and President von der Leyen.
The summit is expected to bring together several European leaders who support the Berlin Process, as well as regional leaders.
Attention is also expected to be given to the September 24 attack in north Kosovo.
