Employees in the state will benefit from salary increases. The government plans that by 2025, civil servants will have an increase between 11-16%.

In the document “Priority Measures of Public Administration” until 2030, the paragraph that deals with employee remuneration has been revised, expanding this with additional information and measures.

The change affects the methodology of the classification of work positions, where after the legal changes, the plans are also clarified.

“Salary ratio has been adjusted for management positions to accommodate changes in senior management positions. The seniority allowance has been increased to reward experience for positions in the public administration. The average monthly salary in the public administration increased to 900 euros by 2024, from 530 euros currently.

Salary increase for civil servants in 2023, according to positions, reaches up to 41%. For civil servants in 2025 for the positions of the executive category, there will be an increase of 11-16% compared to 2023.
