Around 17:00 on Monday, medical students started protesting in front of the Ministry of Education.

Unlike other times, the protest is taking place in the afternoon as parents are expected to join.

The students have decided to throw toilet paper at the Ministry of Education again, just like the last time they protested.

Since the start of the academic year, medical students have refused to enter the auditoriums until the law is repealed.

This draft law obliges medical students who start their studies this year, to work in Albania for 5 years after finishing university.

For students who are already following this branch, the years are lower, 3 years. In case they refuse to sign this agreement they will have to pay a higher fee to follow this branch.
