Five people lost their lives at the workplace during the 9th month of 2023 in the city of Durrës.

The statistical indicators of accidents at work, handled and investigated by the Labor Inspectorate, speak of a 25% decrease, compared to the same period of the previous year.

The cases of incidents resulting only in injury to employees are more numerous, and for this reason the list is headed by manufacturing enterprises.

The County of Durrës has 13,000 registered subjects, while the Inspectorate manages to cover only about 1,200 inspections per year.
