Prime Minister Edi Rama, in the speech held at the media forum for Southeast Europe, spoke about the agreement with Italy for migrants.
Rama described the news spread in the media of both countries as misinformation regarding this agreement, which, as he said, aims to provide some solution to a problem that has affected everyone.
“Even so many days after signing that agreement, I have to answer questions for 3 thousand African men, which has never been the case. The Italian Prime Minister said that pregnant women and minors will not be included in this program, they will be taken immediately where they can be given immediate help. I don’t know how many times during these days I had to clarify it and it continues to remain embedded in all those fantasies that are produced by these lies to be used for political war. The question for you people is how to fight this, and this is just one example involving two countries. What worries me the most is that there is no more dialogue, there are trenches from which attacks are then carried out,” said Rama.
