“I think that Kosovars are big fans of Albanian holidays, because before the war they were the only holidays we celebrated,” – says a citizen.

Although we are almost 2 weeks away from those, the tour operator, Blerim Norja, says that as of now, the hotels are 80% booked.

“Durresi has a mini-season during this period. As of now, we have somewhere up to 80% of rooms booked with organized groups, while individuals book later,” – said the tourist operator.

“We are definitely connected to our national history. We have no differences in terms of holidays, not only in Kosovo, but in all Albanian lands,” said a man.

“There are better organizations here, that’s why a large part come here. I myself came, because I have a reason, because it’s my birthday,” said a woman.

Therefore, tour operators have prepared packages exclusively for them only for the November Holidays.

“Since it falls on a long weekend, because the November Holidays fall during the week, we have made a very good offer, a three-day offer at a price of 35 euros per person. It is known that there will be a special decoration with the features of the Flag Festival. There will also be traditional Albanian and patriotic music,” said Norja.
