Albania is officially part of the 2024 European Championship in Germany.

It was Cikalleshi, who scored in the opponent’s goal in the 25th minute with a penalty.

Until the 88th minute of the match, Albania was in the lead, but after an arc in the area, Baboglo scored the goal to equalize 1-1.

The extra 2.5 minutes didn’t change anything in the final result.

Even though it was a draw, Albania secured its place in the European Championship, while there is also a match against the Faroe Islands, the result of which will serve only for statistics and to maintain the top of the group. Currently, Albanian national team has collected 14 points and is at the top of group E.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Edi Rama has thanked the boys and the team of the Albanian National Team for qualifying for Euro 2024.

He has published the list with the points of the teams where Albania ranks first in group E with 14 points.

“Thanks to the Reds and Blacks for this fantastic gift,” wrote Rama in Facebook.
