It is unofficially reported that SPAK (Special Prosecutors Office) has issued 15 arrest warrants in absentia for the Tirana incinerator.

The security measures are being executed and among them are included the businessmen of the incinerators, as well as persons investigated and tried for the incinerator of Fier and Elbasan.

Former-minister Lefter Koka has been sentenced to prison, former-Secretary General of the Environment Alqi Blako as well as Mirel Mërtir and Klodian Zoto. This includes some Tirana municipality officials. Specifically, the citizens: T. T., N. S., E. M., B. K., and J. Ll..

Meanwhile, for A. Th., V. B., S. K., P. A., E. K. and S.T., house arrest was ordered.
