The biography of 2 British journalists about the former prime minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, translated by Arta Dade, was promoted today.

“New state, modern statesman”, the biography dedicated to Hashim Thaçi co-authored by two British journalists, Roger Boyes and Suzy Jagger, was promoted in the Prime Minister’s library, on the eve of the 25th anniversary of the Rambouillet conference.

With the book “New State, Modern Statesman”, the two English journalists Roger Boyes and Suzy Jagger, build not just a biography of Hashim Thaçi, but also a panorama of the Kosovo Liberation Army War.

This biography touches all the stages of the life of the former president, with whom Kosovo achieved the most important events from the leadership of the Albanians in Rambuje, the intervention of NATO to the declaration of Independence.

Since he was a young man, not yet thirty, he led the Kosovo Albanian delegation at the international conference at Rambouillet Castle in France.

The fate of Kosovo rested in the hands of Thaçi’s admirable ability to persuade his fellow combatants to compromise, no easy task for those on the ground who had witnessed the inhumane crimes committed by Serbian forces.
