Albanian citizens in the Presheva Valley are enabled to acquire property rights in Kosovo. This is after today’s decision of the Kurti government.

“We have pledged to support our compatriots in Preševo, Medveđa and Bujanoc and to advance their legal position. With the new proposal from the Ministry of Justice, Albanian citizens, i.e. natural and legal persons from that region, will be able to acquire property rights in Kosovo under the conditions provided by law, excluding in this case the principle of reciprocity,” Prime Minister Albin Kurti said in front of the government cabinet.
