After helping Swiss couple in Korab, Dibër Municipality honors young people and policemen

The 4 young men from Doda Castle, together with the two border policemen and the mountain rescue team of Kosovo, who made it possible to rescue two Swiss tourists who were trapped by an avalanche on Mount Korabi on January 21, have been honored with certificates thanks from the Municipality of Dibra.

Police officers Ramadan Përzhilla, Tefik Istrefi, as well as residents Pëllumb Lamallari, Korab Visha, Alfred Lita, and Zekri Brika, challenged the temperatures of -25 degrees in the mountains of Korab to save the tourists.

For this action, they have the gratitude of everyone today.

Everyone, together with the Kosovo Mountain Rescue Search group, responded to the call for help and reacted in record time by coming to the aid of the Swiss couple.
