The head of the technical government in North Macedonia, Talat Xhaferi, and the prime minister of Albania, Edi Rama, met together in Munich.

The news was announced by Xhaferi, who posted photos with Prime Minister Rama on his Facebook page. He called the Albanian prime minister “his good counterpart” while emphasizing that together they talked about two important events.

“In Munich I met with my good friend and counterpart, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, Edi Rama.

We talked about the two very important events of which Tirana will be the host: the EJL-Ukraine Summit and the high-level conference dedicated to the EU Growth Plan.

I am glad that the meeting on February 29 will present a continuation of the meeting that took place in Skopje on January 22, confirming the importance we attach to the further strengthening of regional interconnection and the common regional market, as a prerequisite for the preparation for entering the market of common European”, writes Xhaferi.
