Demand for properties on the coast is increasing, prices up to 4000 euros/m2

The Albanian coast is coveted not only for the beach during the holidays, but also for the apartments. The Builders Association of Albania says that the demand for properties on the coast has increased by 20 to 30% compared to last year and the most preferred areas are Vlora, Palasa and Saranda.

According to origin, 40% of people who want to own an apartment are foreigners.

These buyers are showing more interest in buying investment property due to the affordability of the price, compared to their neighbors.

At the beginning of the spring season, property prices on the coast were on average 25% more expensive compared to last year.

In the areas near the resorts, in Palasa, Orikum and Saranda, the maximum selling price of apartments has reached 4,000 euros per square meter, while in Lungomaren of Vlora, they are being sold for up to 3,500 euros per square meter.

Meanwhile, in Golem the maximum selling price reached 1,500 euros per square meter and in Gjiri Lalëzit the values ​​range from 2,400 to 3,300 euros.
