The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, was asked by journalists about yesterday’s reaction of QUINT to some expropriations in the north of the Republic of Kosovo.

Osmani said that this issue should be analyzed only in terms of respecting the laws of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and also respecting the standards of the European Court for Human Rights.

“The issue of expropriations for every citizen should be analyzed only in terms of compliance with the law and the Constitution. The issue of expropriations has certain rules, and these are determined not only by our laws but also by the standards of the European court for human rights”, she said.
