The maritime police unit has seized 9 vessels without documentation in Vlora, Durrës and Velipoja. The border police said that from Ksamil to Velipoja, 78 watercraft were checked, mainly Jet Skis, speedboats and dinghies.

The owners of the seized tools were fined with an amount of money.

“As a result of the controls, 5 vessels were blocked due to lack of documentation in Vlora and Durrës, and their owners were punished with an administrative measure. Meanwhile, as part of the monitoring of the security perimeter, in Velipoja, Vlora and Durrës, 4 Jet Skis were blocked, and the owners of these watercraft were fined, for not respecting the security perimeter, the police informed.
