The Socialist Party has convened the National Assembly online with a focus on internal reorganization and energizing the party for the upcoming parliamentary elections.

In his speech to the Assembly, Prime Minister Edi Rama declared that the tour of meetings with the diaspora will continue in September in London and Dusseldorf, while also announcing a meeting in the USA.

“The tour will continue in September, since due to the early elections in London, it became a problem in itself to get the hall that we had booked before. In an election situation, it is normal to avoid a meeting even though it has nothing to do with the elections, it is a political meeting.

In the same way, since the prediction or the preparation to make the next meeting of Düsseldorf at a moment very close to the match of the National team, we did not want to create an idea of ​​mixing the two things. In September, we will resume the tour and we will hold the meetings between Germany and Britain and we will prepare a meeting in the United States”, said Rama.
