A minor has been arrested in North Mitrovica, after according to the Kosovo Police, he was caught in the act of putting up stickers with nationalist content.

“During the control, 83 stickers [adhesive papers] were found on the suspect”, says the announcement of the Kosovo Police.

The stickers are from fans of the Serbian football team, Crverna Zvezda (Red Star). The security authorities also said that four other minors were arrested for this case, in whose homes “evidence related to the case” was found and seized.

“By the prosecutor’s decision after the interview, the suspects have been released, the case continues in regular procedure”, it was said in the announcement.

The finding of these sticky notes in North Mitrovica comes after pamphlets with the photo of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, accompanied by the message “Supreme Commander, we are waiting “.

A case of “incitement to hatred” has been opened for the display of these pamphlets, as the Kosovo Police told Radio Free Europe earlier that it is not yet known who is behind this case.
