The President of Serbia may declare Kosovo an occupied territory. This is what many media outlets in Belgrade report regarding the conference that Aleksandar Vučić will hold today, Friday at 18:00.
Danas, Pravda, the Balkan version of Russia Today and other Serbian media, citing sources close to the Serbian state leadership, point out that this option is among those being considered by Vučić.
“On the table is the option of declaring the occupation of a part of the territory of the Republic of Serbia, which brings numerous consequences, including preparations for the return of the occupied areas, due to the terror that our people in Kosovo have been facing for years and which has de-escalated in recent days”, Serbian media reports.
According to the media in Belgrade, the Serbian ambassador in Podgorica met with the speaker of the assembly of Montenegro, Andrij Mandic, to show him Vučić’s demands.
