Only 71 deputies participated in the voting of the financing agreement, for the first program for “Financing of development policies for fiscal effectiveness, competitiveness and green growth”, between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers and the International Development Association.

There was no quorum even for the agreement on the membership of the Republic of Kosovo in the International Monetary Fund and the organizations of the World Bank group.

In the absence of a quorum, the ratification of the loan agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Investment Bank for the Solar Photovoltaic Energy Project in KEK – Porta Globale has also failed.
