Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha appeared this Thursday at SPAK (Prosecutor’s Office) for the January 21 file. He stayed there for 3 hours and 20 minutes.

After leaving SPAK, the journalist Hoxha said that he handed over the tape with audio-interception materials, which according to him are the communications of the leaders of the guard, the moment when the order to shoot was given, as well as communications with senior leaders of the state at that time.

“SPAK has started the case. One of the elements that the prosecution requested is a tape with audio-interception, before the moment the murder happened, during the moment it happened and after. It is the moment when the orders were given by the commanders of the Guard on January 21. It has been said that there is no server where all the radio communications of Garda leaders are recorded.

The court at that time said that the killing happened due to negligence and that there was no communication. This tape helps the investigation, because with this tape it becomes clear that not only there was communication, but the communication between the leaders of the guard, is a routine communication between them. It is a tape recording that lasts about 34 minutes.

The moment the murders occur is 7 seconds, in these 7 seconds the order to shoot and stop is given. The material serves to identify who are the people or the chain of command of the guard, there are also senior leaders of the state who have communicated with the leaders of the guard. The material has been made available to the prosecution and now the prosecution assesses what it will serve them for”, said Artan Hoxha.
