The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, at the same time and Leader of the Socialist Party for the Diaspora, Taulant Balla held a meeting today with the Mayor of Fairview Violeta Berisha in New Jersey, United States of America.

Berisha is the first Albanian elected to such an important public office.

During his visit to the USA, Minister Balla was honored with the “Key to the City” and a certificate of recognition in New Jersey.

“Very honored for the Key to the City and the Certificate of Appreciation from the Mayor of Bergen County, where a large community of Albanians from all over the world lives, who shine with their activity in every field,” said Balla.
