The police have reacted officially after the denunciation of a teacher in a 9-year-old school in Tirana that the students are consuming a drug in the form of chewing gum that causes sleepiness.

Through an announcement distributed to the media, the police informs that immediately after the publication of this news, the police services have contacted the principals and pedagogical staff of all schools in Tirana, and are conducting checks to verify the case in question.

“The Local Directorate of the Tirana Police calls on all citizens to notify the Police immediately in case of detection of these substances”, says the police.
