This Tuesday, in the premises where COP29 is being held, in Baku, Azerbaijan, the agreement of the Albanian Electric Power Corporation (KESH) and the energy giant of the United Emirates, Masdar, for the creation of a joint public company that will invest in Albania and the region was signed.
The news was announced by a video posted on the official Facebook page of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, who is also the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, says that:
“During the development of COP29, we signed one of the most important cooperation agreements with Masdar. The Emirati company has been operating in the Balkans for a long time and has already established an important cooperation with the Albanian Electricity Corporation”, said Balluku.
