The Council of Ministers decided this Wednesday the appointment of Insidor Rexhepi as General Director of the General Directorate of Anticorruption.
The appointment of Rexhepi came after the proposal of the Minister of State for Public Administration and Anticorruption.
This decision is expected to enter into force immediately after publication in the official gazette.
Decision of the Council of Ministers:
“THE APPOINTMENT OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF ANTI-CORRUPTION
In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and point 4, chapter III, of decision no. 436, dated 26.6.2024, of the Council of Ministers, ” For the creation, organization and operation of the General Directorate of Anticorruption”, with the proposal of the Minister of State for Public Administration and Anticorruption, Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
Mr. Insidor Rexhepi is appointed General Director of the General Directorate of Anticorruption.
- The Minister of State for Public Administration and Anticorruption and the General Directorate of Anticorruption are charged with the implementation of this decision.
This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the “Official Gazette”.
