Based on information sent by the Civil Emergency Coordination Center in Brussels, the Institute of Geosciences and the Military Meteorological Service, on Friday, November 22, “intense” to “very intense” rainfall is expected in Shkodra, Kukës, Dibra, Tirana and Elbasan counties.

Average rainfall is expected in other counties, which may locally reach the “intense” level.

The National Agency of Civil Protection has requested the increase of the readiness of the structures of the Civil Protection system, as well as of the institutions that administer the reservoirs, reservoirs, road infrastructure, electricity supply, water supply, river level monitoring and any other structure in the function of civil emergency management.
