The National Book and Reading Center opened on Monday an exhibition of works by the martyrs of the National Liberation War. The exhibition is titled “The Art of War” and contains drawings and photographs.
Over 300 drawings that show the great culture of the central figures of the National-Liberation War, come under the care of Mehmet Gëzhilli. Present at the opening of the exhibition were former president Alfred Moisiu, historians and veterans, who evoked the time of the liberation war of 1939-1944 and its heroes.
In this event, the book “You had raised a mother for a new world” by Mehmet Gëzhillin, with poetic creations by various authors, dedicated to the martyrs and heroes of the war, was also presented.
The exhibition comes to the premises of the National Book and Reading Center, in the framework of the 80th anniversary of the Liberation, while it will remain open to the public, adding to the busy agenda of activities also planned for the National Cultural Week.
