A crime in an Albanian family happened in Angelohori, Thessaloniki on Sunday morning, where a 46-year-old man killed his 60-year-old wife and injured their son, who came out to protect him.

The event is said to have happened at the family home when the couple, the 46-year-old man of Albanian origin and his 60-year-old Roma wife, started arguing.

After a fight broke out between them, the 46-year-old man took a knife and killed his wife, and then also hit their 29-year-old son, who got in the middle, trying to separate them.

The author was arrested by officers from the Thermaikos station who went to the scene after the notification.
