The Constitutional Court has voted in favor of the position of the Supreme Court for the termination of the mandate of Holta Zaçaj, according to which, her mandate ends on March 10, 2025.

The decision was taken by the meeting of members of the Constitutional Court.

After many discussions and debates, the judicial body has given the right to the Supreme Court that Zaçaj’s term ends on March 10, 2025 and not as claimed by the President of the Constitutional Court at the end of 2025.
