Years of work, which for various reasons do not have documents, will be recognized for pension effect. The legal initiative is expected to be approved next year, and will help thousands of people, who for this concern turned to the courts or accepted the pension for the minimum years of work.

The draft law was approved this week by the government and is now expected to pass through the parliament.

According to the proposal, the law will affect people who worked in cooperatives and agricultural enterprises, from the age of 18 until the dissolution of the cooperatives in August 1991. Also, the years without documents will be recognized for employees of state enterprises until 1993.

But there are also criteria to verify the statement that each individual will make through this initiative. Through the declaration, each application will be valid for those who have been residing in the area where the cooperative operated.

In total, 30 thousand individuals are expected to benefit from this law.
