The year 2024 will enter the economic history of Kosovo, as the year in which the 10 billion mark was reached. This is what the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, said at the annual conference of the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MINT), where the support of businesses during 2024 and the plans for 2025 are revealed.
Prime Minister Kurti spoke about economic growth, where he said that Kosovo has shown an average growth of 6.6% over four years.
According to him, this economic growth has been shared with children, mothers, pensioners, students and businesses.
The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Rozeta Hajdari said that Kosovo with growing economic indicators is the best in the region.
As a success for 2024, she also shared the agreement with CEFTA and the representation of Kosovo without UNMIK.
The acting general director at KIESA, Zef Dedaj, says that during 2024, KIESA has supported around 500 businesses worth 7.3 million euros.
