Elenita Roshi has been appointed the new head of the National Historical Museum, which for 20 years has been engaged in the management of cultural heritage, tourism and economic-social development.
Roshi has worked on important projects with international organizations, focusing on the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage, especially in Butrint and Gjirokastra. With a PhD in cultural heritage marketing and a Humphrey/Fulbright scholarship from Cornell University in the US, she brings a rich combination of academic expertise and practical experience.
As an external lecturer at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Roshi has also contributed to the formation of new generations in the field of cultural heritage.
Her passion and vision to transform the National Historical Museum into a contemporary center of education, inspiration and dialogue is expected to provide a new and transformative direction for this important institution.
