The list of assets confiscated over the years by court decision is now publicly available. These properties have been cataloged by the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets in a 550-page document, including location maps, photos, and market value estimations for each asset.

According to the Agency, these are assets obtained or created illegally, which have been permanently confiscated through final court rulings and transferred to state ownership.

• The full list covers the entire country, with approximately 250 confiscated properties.
• The majority of these assets are located in Tirana and Vlora.
• Before being seized, many properties were used for residential and business purposes, including hotels, bars, and commercial units.

The Agency states that the primary goal of publishing this catalog is to inform the public and interested parties about the confiscated assets.

Additionally, work is underway to compile a second catalog featuring seized properties that are still under legal proceedings.
