As part of the measures taken to ensure the safety and smooth movement of foreign delegations, headed by their respective Presidents, for the Ministerial Meeting of the South-East European Cooperation Process (#SEECP), the police have announced temporary road closures and traffic restrictions on several main routes.

For the arrival of delegations:

Rinas Airport – Kashar Overpass – “Durrës-Tirana” Highway – New Ring Road – Sauk Roundabout – Elbasan Road – “George W. Bush” Street – “Urani Pano” Street – “Dervish Hima” Street.

For the departure of delegations:

“George W. Bush” Street – Elbasan Road – Sauk Roundabout – New Ring Road – “Shqiponja” Square – “Tirana-Durrës” Highway – Kashar Overpass – Rinas Airport.

Additionally, on June 16, 2025, during the summit, there will be temporary bans on traffic, vehicle parking, and pedestrian movement on “Ludovik Shllaku” Street and Dibra Street.

“The schedule of restrictions will depend on the arrival times of delegations at Rinas Airport,” the police clarified.
