The start of the new school year will be accompanied by stricter measures aimed at strengthening discipline, safety in schools, and ensuring a healthy environment for children.

Preventing violence and bullying is one of the priorities in the National Action Plan. All schools, in addition to awareness-raising activities, must report every case of violence and the measures taken to the Regional Education Directorate (DRAP) and subsequently to the Ministry of Education.

The ban on mobile phones in educational institutions must be enforced rigorously. School administrations are required to include this prohibition in their internal regulations and take additional measures to monitor and ensure its implementation.

Special attention will also be given to psychosocial services and school safety. Another important measure concerns the timely distribution of textbooks before the start of the school year.

School administrations are obliged to clearly display the list of textbooks with full details: titles, publishing houses, prices, and the place/period of distribution.

Free textbooks are guaranteed for students in grades I–IX.
