The arrival of approximately 70 military vehicles and support personnel at Camp Bondsteel today marked the completion of the temporary deployment of additional reserve forces in Kosovo, in support of NATO-led KFOR’s training mission.
The British contingent, consisting of more than 350 troops from the Scots Guards, will conduct training activities alongside KFOR personnel, reports KosovaPress.
This activity is carried out regularly and aims to enhance KFOR’s operational readiness and ability to effectively respond to relevant security developments.
The Scots Guards will later return to their station in the United Kingdom.
