The government has unveiled a new plan focused on families, housing, and social policies.

According to the document, by 2029 around 1,500 low-cost housing units are expected to be built, while former dormitories and state-owned properties will be converted into social housing. A new element is the use of revenue from confiscated assets to finance housing programs.

The package prioritizes young families through subsidies and soft loans for purchasing homes. For people with disabilities, the government promises to double payments for children and to open new centers for children on the autism spectrum, as well as a dedicated structure for adults.

The document also includes programs aimed at employing women and vulnerable communities, with the creation of 20 social enterprises in rural areas. In cooperation with municipalities, 40 new community services are expected to be added.

Another priority is the elderly, with plans to expand long-term care, in-home assistance, and psychosocial support. For the first time, a digital system is also planned for managing social services, ensuring transparency and traceability.
