Ahead of the upcoming Serbia–Albania football match, set to take place this weekend at the “Dubocica” Stadium in Leskovac, the Albanian national team held its final training session on Friday.

Photos published from inside the stadium show the absence of the Albanian flag, in clear violation of the standard international match protocol.
The move has been described as an unacceptable and provocative act by the Serbian Football Federation, which appears unable to separate politics from sport.
