Prime Minister Edi Rama made a humorous remark about U.S. President Donald Trump during the “Future Resilience Forum 2025”, an international security forum held this Tuesday in London.

Asked whether he believed Trump was right regarding his stance on the issue of mineral resources in Ukraine, Rama replied jokingly:

“If you ask me whether Trump is right, what other answer do you expect from me except that Trump is always right?” said Rama.

Ironizing his country’s position in relation to global affairs, the Prime Minister added that, although he is “the tallest among leaders,” he is well aware that Albania is one of the smallest countriesand cannot provide definitive answers on issues of such magnitude.

“Albania cannot offer answers on global matters of this level,” Rama stated.

Prime Minister Rama is in London as part of the Future Resilience Forum 2025, which gathers world leaders and experts to discuss security challenges and global policy in a rapidly changing world.
