After spending about 45 minutes inside the premises of SPAK (the Special Anti-Corruption Structure), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Balluku spoke to journalists upon exiting the institution.
She stated that she had accepted the request to appear before SPAK out of respect for the justice authorities.
“Good afternoon, everyone! Out of respect for the justice institutions, I accepted SPAK’s request regarding a matter under investigation.
As both a citizen and a public official, I see this as a process in which I have full confidence — one that will be based on transparency, accountability, and above all, on the principles of impartial justice, in which I firmly believe,” Balluku declared.
